How long does shipping take?

The process from placing an order to delivery take approximately 1-2 weeks.

Can I place a custom order?

Do you only sell shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies?

At The Lofted Tee we do sell a majority of shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies but our plan is to incorporate a variety of items to purchase. We are looking to add blankets, candles, tote bags and more in the near future. If there's something specific that you're looking for, reach out to us. Just because it's not in the shop doesn't mean we can can't accommodate a request if it's in our wheelhouse to do so.

Do you create your own designs or do you purchase graphics from 3rd party sites?

I've been a digital designer for 10+ years. I would say 98% of the designs you see available on The Lofted Tee merch are designed by me. Occasionally I'll purchase a design from Etsy or another source if I absolutely love it and want to support another small business owner. 

What is your refund/return policy?

Return & Refund Policy

All of our items are made to order, which means each product is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not keep inventory.

 

Please review your order carefully before checking out.

 

Incorrect Orders

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders placed incorrectly by the buyer, including:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Wrong style or design selection

Since each item is custom-made, we’re unable to resell or restock these items.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to help!

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • Once verified, we will provide a free reprint of the item

Refunds are not offered for defective items, but we will ensure you receive a correct replacement.
